Focusli: hluk, který neruší

Vývojář GNOME a Fedora Workstation Felipe Borges vytvořil rozšíření pro GNOME Shell Focusli, které pouští různé monotónní zvuky. Ty pomáhají některým lidem s koncentrací nebo relaxací a můžou tak být zajímavou alternativou k puštěné hudbě. Felipe se nechal inspirovat stránkou Noisli.com, která takové zvuky nabízí. Pokud si rozšíření aktivujete, vpravo na panelu se zobrazí ikona žárovky, pod kterou naleznete panel s šesti různými zvuky - déšť, tekoucí voda, příroda v noci, lidé v jídelně, rozladěná televize, praskající oheň. U jednotlivých zvuků si můžete nastavovat hlasitost a různě je kombinovat. Do budoucna Felipe také plánuje přidat nahrávání vlastních zvuků uživateli.

Njn, ale pro aktuální verzi F25 a GS 3.22 to není k dispozici… :-/

  Ano, je fakt, že momentálně je pouze pro 3.24+, ale už je k dispozici update, který čeká na review a který podporuje i 3.22. Ani jsem si nevšiml, že to v F25 nefunguje, my už tu všichni jedeme na F26…

    F26 bych taky už rád vyzkoušel 😉 Jak mám upgradovat???
    Jinak ten update už je, jen se zcela nepochopitelně Focusli aktivoval až po restartu.

      Už jsem to našel: sudo dnf system-upgrade download –refresh –releasever=26 ;

      Funguje to už i přes GNOME Software, ale je potřeba v gsettings nastavit, aby aktivoval upgrade i na nefinální verzi. V Dconf-editoru: /org/gnome/software/show-upgrade-prerelease přepnout na „pravda“. Pak by měl Software nabídnout upgrade na F26.

        Pokud tam nějaký balíček z repozitářů třetí strany hapruje, tak stačí přidat parametr –allowerasing a DNF jej odinstaluje. Člověk si ho může po upgradu zase doinstalovat. GNOME Software to myslím dělá rovnou.

Extenzi jsem v F25 bez problému nainstaloval z webu http://extensions.gnome.org/, ale funguje to nějak divně. Některé zvuky se nepřehrávají ve smyčce plynule, ale chvíli to hraje, pak to náhle přestane. Po chvíli to opět začne. Originální web funguje mnohem lépe. Dělá vám to taky?
